• Works on the reconstruction and extension of Sinisa Glavašević primary school in Vukovar The subject of procurement is works on the reconstruction and extension of the Sinisa Glavašević Primary School building in Vukovar. In this public procurement procedure, the client will apply the rules that apply to high value acquisition due to the height of the estimated value of the acquisition which is close to the threshold for high value acquisition. The subject of procurement is works on the reconstruction and extension of the Sinisa Glavašević Primary School building in Vukovar at the address Dr. Ante Starčevića 5, at c. no. no. 166 hp Vukovar, in accordance with the prepared project documentation - the main and executive project. The goal of the project is to provide spatial and functional conditions for the implementation of the full-day educational program and to provide adequate spaces for modern teaching methods and the work of all school employees. The project includes the reconstruction of the existing school building and the addition of new spaces necessary for the high-quality functioning of the school. The existing school building consists of four floors (basement, ground floor and two floors) and two basic volumes: the main school volume built in 1936, which is part of the cultural-historical complex of Bata-Villa and protected as a cultural asset, and the sports hall complex that was built later. With regard to the status of cultural property, During the execution of the works, conservation supervision by the competent authority is foreseen.
