• Description:
• The subject of procurement is works on the reconstruction of "Pavilion 5" and "Pavilion 6" in the student settlement "Stjepan Radić", Jarunska cesta 2, Zagreb, with the addition of fire escape stairs, with the construction of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof, with the reconstruction of the associated infrastructure, access roads and associated horticulture. The reconstruction, modernization and furnishing of existing student dormitories refers to the performance of construction, crafts, installation works and other necessary works on the interior and exterior space for the needs of reconstruction and modernization of the existing student dormitories, demolition and dismantling according to the project documentation of the existing building and disposal of the generated waste and activities of reconstruction and modernization of common rooms as part of the existing student dormitories (classrooms, etc.). The extension/reconstruction of access paths is also being carried out accordingly regulations on accessibility, roads between different buildings within the zone of individual student dormitories and access to the parking lot for people with disabilities with horticultural arrangements. The project also includes connection to the communal infrastructure - reconstruction of worn-out infrastructure (water, electricity, sewerage, waste disposal).
