Description:
The subject of procurement is works on the development of the coastal zone of the Baška settlement - Stage 2A
A detailed description of the subject of procurement, the type and scope of works is described in detail in the Cost Sheet and project-technical documentation, which are provided in the annexes of this Procurement Documentation, i.e. on link:

and are an integral part of it.
The purchase in question is carried out for the purpose of realizing the project "Development of the coastal zone of the settlement of Baška - Stage 2A", which is co-financed from the funds of the European regional development fund (ERDF), and based on the Agreement on the allocation of grants for projects financed from the Integrated Territorial Program in the financial period 2021 - 2027, ref. number IP.3.2.09.0001, concluded on 02.05.2025. between the Ministry of Regional Development and funds The EU (Managing Authority), the Central Agency for Financing and Contracting EU Programs and Projects (Intermediate Authority for the Implementation of Operations), on the one hand, and the Municipality of Baška (Beneficiary).
With this project, the areas of Palada Street and the bathing area next to Palada will be put into operation, and the coastal area will be reconstructed belt (stage 2A) to equip with urban equipment as well as landscaping, and in order to raise the quality of life in Baška Municipality through the improvement of social facilities and the revitalization of public and social infrastructure outdoors.
