Works on the construction of Luscic Elementary School
The project consists of the construction of Luscic Elementary School with a three -part sports Hall, outdoor sports ground, parking with 53 parking spaces and horticultural arrangements.
The floor surface of the Luscic Elementary School building is an irregular "L" form, composed of two above ground volumes interconnected by a basement floor:
1) The rectangular volume of the hall size 66.3m x 35.5m long page directed northwest-southeast and
2) The square volume of the school dimensions of the longer page 96.6m, the directed southwest-northernist and the shorter neighboring pages 19.5m and 40m.
The total floor plan of the building is 5,209.18 m2 and is built in three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. The total gross construction area is 7,904.57 m2.
The capacity of the elementary school is 560 students and consists of 8 grade of class teaching and 12 class teaching, each of 28 students each.
The school was organized as a two-point with the orientation of the Southeast-Northwest premises with space extended Communications in the center. The ground floor contains all 8 classes classes, administration, dining room and kitchen with the economy. The first floor contains all 12 departments of the subject teaching and the school library. In the central space of enlarged communication are a school hall and two atriums.
