Description:
The works include the complete construction of the building - the Aržano Center for the Elderly, all in accordance with the project documentation and the cost list, which are an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The technical specifications of the procurement items are determined by the Cost Schedule, Main i Implementation projects, Elaborations and instructions of this Documentation, which the Client made available to potential bidders. All works that are the subject of procurement should be performed with products (materials) in accordance with the project documentation and cost specifications defined by the properties that construction products must have and positive regulations that regulate the matter in question, primarily in accordance with the valid Construction Act, the Construction Products Act, the Environmental Protection Act, the Act on occupational safety, the Law on Noise Protection, the Law on Fire Protection, and other valid technical regulations and recognized technical rules in the field of construction, for which appropriate evidence should be presented at the time of construction.
