GROUP 1. - WATER METERS - DELIVERY ON THE OLD FOR NEW PRINCIPLE
The water meters that are planned to be replaced will be purchased on the principle of exchanging old for new, with the fact that the Bidder undertakes to deliver NEW water meters to the Client's address in accordance with the ordered quantities, and take over the old water meters at the same time. The new water meters that will be delivered must have the year of manufacture according to the order date.
The Bidder will invoice the new water meters at the unit price of the new water meter (column B of the cost sheet), and the Client will at the same time invoice the old water meters at to the unit price of the purchase of the old water meter (column C of the cost sheet), so that the total unit price of the purchase of the water meter (column D of the cost sheet) corresponds to the difference between the unit price of the new water meter (column B of the cost sheet) and the unit price of the purchase of the old water meter (column C of the cost sheet).
Note:
The client will to the bidder who submits the most economically favorable offer after signing the contract, and before delivering the water meter, deliver the AES128 key, which the bidder is obliged to apply in all delivered transmitters as a protection key against unauthorized reading

The bidder who submits the most economically advantageous offer supplies water meters with an arbitrary AES128 key, which must be delivered to the customer after signing the contract, and before delivery of the water meter, as a protection key against unauthorized reading with the signing of a mutual agreement on the confidentiality of the key.
