• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the service of recovery and/or disposal of waste located at the Totovec non-hazardous waste landfill and recycling yard Totovec, Gospodarska 2, Totovec, 40000 Čakovec, at the waste sorting facility, Gospodarska 1, Totovec, 40000 Čakovec and in the recycling yard and in the mechanic-locksmith workshop at the client's headquarters, Mihovljanska 10, Mihovljan, 40000 Čakovec, according to the cost sheets. The service in connection with the subject of procurement is understood to mean the collection (loading) of waste into the bidder's means of transport, transport and recovery and/or disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to the key waste numbers from the cost list in an appropriate and adequate manner, in accordance with the Law on Waste Management (Official Gazette 84/21 and 142/23 - Decision of the Constitutional Court) and bylaws and conditions and requirements from the Procurement Documentation. Collection, transport and recovery and/or disposal of waste are the cost and responsibility of the bidder. By taking over the waste from the client, the tenderer bears all responsibility and damage that could arise from further management subject waste. The bidder is obliged to provide a waste weighing service. The waste weighing service must be included in the total price of the offer. The scale must be moderate (it must have a certificate from the State Bureau of Metrology). Each shipment of waste must be accompanied by attached legal supporting documentation, as a result of which the Client undertakes to hand over a duly printed and certified Waste Accompanying Sheet - form PL-O, to the selected Bidder at each delivery of waste, and all are...
