- The subject of procurement is the replacement of the existing fleet after the expiration of the contracted period of (60 months) and the insurance and improvement of the appropriate level of transport service for the needs and tasks of the Fund employee for official purposes.
The subject of this public procurement are passenger vehicles seven (7) pieces, via operational Leasing for a period of 60 months (5 years), with service maintenance and car tires, in accordance with the technical specification, cost and other conditions established in this procurement documentation.
Bidders are obliged to offer the client exclusively new and unchanted vehicles with guarantee on vehicles with over time at least until the expiration of the Leasing Agreement. If the production of the model has ceased to offer the bidder and on the date of delivery, it is not an offered model not available to the bidder is obliged to deliver the last available model from the manufacturer and at the same price.
Vehicles They must have seasonal pneumatics.
The client can be used in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The contracting authority gives no deposit, administration or participation.
The contracting authority does not ensure payment insurance instruments.
The contracting authority shall submit to the selected bidder of the copy of the person's document which represents it:

-Cotpish cardboard -certified copy by a commercial bank not older than 30 days
