- The subject of this procedure is the procurement of various food products for the needs of the Home for the Elderly and Infirm in Čakovec for the period until December 31, 2026. year, in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation and To the cost sheet that forms Annex 1 of this Procurement Documentation. The subject of procurement is divided into 15 groups. The total estimated purchase value is EUR 350,000.00 without VAT. In this open public procurement procedure, the estimated value for groups 1-13 is EUR 338,000.00 without VAT. For the difference between the total estimated value of the procurement item and the estimated procurement value related to this open procedure, the Client carries out a separate procedure for the simple procurement of goods that is objectively separable in accordance with Article 204 of the PPL 2016, and pursuant to Article 23, paragraph 3, item 2 of the PPL 2016 and in accordance with the Ordinance on simple procurement URBROJ 343/2024 for group 14 Procurement of fresh eggs and 15 Procurement of flour.
