The subject of procurement is an upgrade of the power system for optimizing the optimization of the congestion of the congestion.
Within the procurement item is delivery, installation, configuration, Development, testing and commissioning platforms for congestion management in the EES (OPFP platform) for electricity transmission and its integration into existing HOPS systems, but is not limited to:
• Delivery of assembly equipment including production and development environment,
• Delivery, Development, Configuration, Integration and Installation of Program Support in the cover of technical specifications,
• conducting system tests,
• The integration of the system into the existing HOPS environment,
• Delivery of documentation.
