- The subject of the procurement is the upgrade of the system to support the management of the EES in accordance with the ENTSO-E regulations and other legal regulations in accordance with the Technical Specification, the Cost List and the Tender List and the entire DoN, which indicate the name, quantity and other conditions necessary for the compilation offers.
