Description:
The subject of procurement is "Upgrading the DTR system in HOPS" in accordance with the DoN, especially the Technical Specification from Part B of the DoN and the Cost Estimate from Part D of the DoN.
Given that the DLR system in HOPS consists of the following functional units:
•Lidar recording of the transmission line route
•Meteorological stations
•Sensors for mjmeasuring the temperature and the angle of the conductor sag
•The system for monitoring the dynamic load of transmission lines is connected to the existing systems of HOPS for the purpose of data exchange, the subject of procurement includes the implementation of the new system, and which tasks include designing, integration and parameterization, testingdevelopment, delivery, training, installation, commissioning, trial operation with availability testing and system handover to HOPS, including procurement of goods (assembly equipment and software).
