Description:
The subject of procurement is:
1. Creating and implementation of upgrading the Central Information System of Heal (Halmed's Medicinal Application Apps) comprised of NRL (National Medicinal Registry), PKL (drug quality check), PHV (PHVAVIGILATIVE PROCEDURES), and a corresponding central application for a centralAdministration (Emet) and Administration of Data base for specially educated users (administrator), in accordance with the user specification in the attachment of this procurement documentation.
2. 2000 hours of adaptive upgrade. Hours will be used according to the needs and requirements of the client, and with the aim of resolving the needswhich are not intended for user specification in annex.
3. 12 months of flat -rate maintenance of the Central IT system of Heal, which consists of NRL, PKL, PHV, Emetra and Administrator apps and which includes maintaining all the functionalities of the system in the current state and correcting all observederrors in the system regardless of the period of error, in accordance with the user specification in the attachment.
