• Description:
• The subject of procurement is uniforms for authorized customs officers (shirts, pants, skirts, low shoes, boat shoes, caps, caps, shirts), in accordance with the Rulebook on Uniforms and Civilian Clothing of Authorized Customs Officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, number 111/24) and Regulations, Bills of Costs, groups and individual items within groups and other required conditions specified in this Documentation. A detailed description of the procurement items can be found in the Cost Sheets from Attachment no. 2. these Documentation (below: Cost sheet) and from Attachment no. 6. of this Documentation, in the Regulations. When creating the procurement item, the bidder is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Rulebook on Uniforms and Civilian Clothing of Authorized Customs Officers of the Ministry Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, number 111/24). What is not defined by the aforementioned Ordinance is made according to the Regulations for a certain part of the uniform/footwear. In case of inconsistency between the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs of employees of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration and Regulations for a certain part of the uniform/footwear, the Rulebook on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officials of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration is authoritative.
