Description:
Pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary School (Official Gazette: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/19 155/23 and 156/23), the founder, in addition to the conditions prescribed by the said article, is obliged to secure transportation of elementary school students. Consequently, the public procurement procedure for the transport service of the students of Dr. Franjo Tudjman Elementary School in Knin, for the school year 2025/2026, is carried out. and 2026/2027. Transportation is performed as a special transportation solely according to the lines of transportation. A detailed description of the subject The procurement was determined in the technical specification/route of transportation, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation.
