Description:
The subject of procurement is the transportation of students of elementary schools of the City of Slavonski Brod in accordance with the cost -effective, which is attached and forms an integral part of the procurement documentation.
The cost is attached as a separate document in a non -standardized form and is an integral part of this procurement documentation and is located in Contributions to documentation by individual groups. The bidder for the procurement group for which he submits the offer includes the associated cost for that group.
The bidder may not change the descriptions of the acquisition listed in the cost of the costs, nor to correspond to the columns or in any way change the content of the costs. The unit prices of each cost item and the total price must be rounded up on two decimals and expressed in euros.
If the bidder changes the text or quantities specified in The costume form, the cost of the costs will be considered invalid and the offer will be rejected.
In the price of a value added bid, all costs must be included and
discounts.
In accordance with Article 4 of paragraph 1. Item 1. Ordinance on Procurement Documentation and offer in Publicnabave (OG 65/17, NN 75/20), the contracting authority ordered in the subject of the Public Procurement Procedure the intended (frame) amount of the acquisition item.
