Description:
Pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary School (Official Gazette: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/19 155/23 and 156/23), the founder, in addition to the conditions prescribed by the said article, is obliged to secure transportation of elementary school students. Consequently, the public procurement procedure for the transportation service of the Primary School of Primosten for the school year 2025/2026 is carried out. and 2026/2027. Transportation is done as a special transportation solely according to the transport lines. A detailed description of the procurement item has been determined in the technical specification/route of transportation, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation.
