Description:
Pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary School (Official Gazette 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12-Protected Text, 94/13, 152/14, 7/17, 68/18, 98/19, 98/19 151/22, 155/23 and 156/23) is the founder, in addition to the conditions prescribed by the specified article,obliged to provide the transport of elementary school students.
For the sake of the above, a public procurement procedure for the transportation service of students III is carried out. Varaždin Elementary Schools, IV. Varaždin Elementary Schools and Center for Education Tomislav Špoljar Varaždin for the school year 2024/2025.
