Description:
Pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary School (Official Gazette: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/19 155/23 and 156/23), the founder, in addition to the conditions prescribed by the said article, is obliged to secure transportation of elementary school students. Consequently, the public procurement procedure for the transport service of students of the Antun Mihanović Elementary School (part of the Central School and PS Drinovci and PS Oklaj) for the school year 2025/2026 is carried out. and 2026/2027. Transportation is done as a special transportation solely According to the lines of transportation. A detailed description of the procurement item was determined in the technical specification/route of transportation, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation.
