Description:
The subject of procurement is the service of transportation of elementary school students over which the founding rights have the Bjelovar-Bilogora County (below: schools), on teaching and from teaching, every teaching day, in the period from 08 September 2025 to the end of the school year 2025/2026, or until 31.08.2026. years.
Bidder is obliged to provide students' transport service through a special line transport in accordance with the attached cost, specification of transportation by schools and other conditions from the procurement documentation, from the place of residence of students to the school and upon completion of teaching from school to residence.
In case of change The name, abolition, merger, reorganization of individual schools, that is, other similar situations, certain laws or other regulations that change in the scope of work and competence of the school and the client, all rights and obligations related to this subject of procurement and the concluded public procurement contract, exceed to a legal sequence or sequence in accordance with their mutual agreement.
