The tissue donor testing service and cells on the blood chosen bidder is obliged to adhere to the following conditions in execution of the service:

-laboratorial for the testing of donors on the blood of transmitted diseases must be able to perform all serological and Nat tissue and cell donors' tests, and cellsConduct affirmative testing for dismissal results of serological and NAT testing The
-Laboration must be tested with the blood of transmitted infectious diseases and issuing the results according to the valid audit of the Council of Europe Council and Council and Stationdone from individual donors' samples
-laboratorium uses tests labeled "CE"

must be approved or validated for the purpose for which they are used at least 100,000 tests per year to test blood infectious diseases in blood donors,tissues and cells and organs
-laboratories must have an organized service 24/7/365
