Service of preparation of design and technical documentation for the construction of an elementary school in the settlement of Babin Vir
The subject of procurement is the preparation of design and technical documentation for the construction of an elementary school in the settlement of Babin Vir, withby providing the services of an occupational safety coordinator in the design phase (creating a work execution plan), making all the necessary studies, geodetic survey of the existing situation, obtaining the conditions of public legal bodies and confirmations of public legal bodies and building permits, on behalf of the Client, and all in accordance with trto the notice of objection, to the Conceptual Resolution ID-01-3683/23 from October 2023 made by the trading company PROJEKTANT d.o.o., Cehovska 8, 34000 Požega, to the conditions in the documentation and to the valid regulations applicable in the Republic of Croatia.
The project assignment contains the creation of project-technical documentationand, as follows:
1. Preparation of the main project - the main project with all the necessary maps and studies, certificates for the main project, i.e. all the fees and costs for their execution (architectural project, construction project - construction project, electrical project, fire alarm project,technical protection project, engineering project-heating, cooling, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and waste water drainage and stormwater drainage project, landscaping and horticulture project), all with all necessary maps and reports (e.g. fire protection report, fire protection report...
