• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the creation of a project for a new office building in Vrboran, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Project Terms of Reference), Cost Sheet and the entire DoN, which indicate the name, quantity and other conditions necessary for the preparation of the offer. Under purchase " The project of a new office building in Vrboran", within the framework of this DoN, implies: - analysis of location needs and conditions - proposal of a spatial and design solution and its presentation - conceptual solution of the urban design of the entire location - making several (minimum 3) conceptual architectural solutions with development of the project concept, - presentation of conceptual solutions to the Client and adoption of one (optimal) solution concept, - visualization and animation of 3D models of the entire location and buildings - elaboration of the report of environmental protection, a prerequisite for meeting special conditions - compliance with special conditions of public law bodies - creation of a conceptual project for the purposes of issuing a location permit - obtaining a location permit - preparation of the main project - preparation of all necessary studies (study on fire protection, study on occupational safety, study on calculation of electromagnetic fields and development of technical solutions for protection and/or control of the level of EM fields inside and in the immediate environment,...) - preparation of all necessary foundations for the main project (geodetic substrates and services, geotechnical research and report, geoelectrical measurements and report, report on dimensioning of grounding devices and transfer of potential in the grounding system,...) - analysis and evaluation of market...
