- The subject of procurement is the service of the development of the entire performance of the project and technical documentation, which is required to implement the permanent exhibition and interior design of the Istria Archaeological Museum in Pula. In doing so, the subject of procurement includes two (2) phases, as follows:
Phase 1 - Designing as part of a detailed preparationThe project and the accompanying costs and evaluate the cost of executing work, goods and services for the implementation of the permanent exhibition
Phase 2 - supervision of the work, goods and services for the implementation of the permanent exhibition
technical specification, the type, the quality and the scope of the service that forms the subject of this procedureProcurements are contained in the Project task that makes an Appendix 3. These procurement documentation and makes its component. For the purposes of better understanding of the procurement of the procurement of this existing situation, Annex 1. The procurement documentation consists of a record of the condition of the space of the permanent exhibition, and Annex 2.The solution of the new permanent setup.
