Description:
The subject of the procurement is the technological upgrade of key Oracle applications that form the basis of HEP's business processes. A large number of these applications are still running on outdated versions that are no longer supported by the manufacturer, which creates business and security risks - while with each major update, outdated components block the usual patching, backup, and system recovery processes, and teams run into more and more obstacles. By migrating to the latest generation of Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, it will eliminate accumulate technology debt and reduce operational risk, and the organization will get a reliable and scalable platform ready for future business requirements. Another goal is to strengthen the overall resilience of the information system in accordance with the NIS2 directive.
