- The subject of procurement is the technological maintenance of previously purchased Oracle licenses (based on CSI number), in accordance with the needs of the user.
In accordance with Article 161, paragraph 1 of the PPR 1. The user will invite all the capable competitors who have access to the dynamic supply system, to submit the offer for each separate procurementAs part of the system in accordance with Article 144.
Technological maintenance of Oracle licensees includes technological maintenance of Oracle licenses, based on licenses and CSIs.Permanent ownership of the user and for which there is an uninterrupted sequence of technological support in accordance with the licensing rules, which prescribes the owner of the software product.
