Description:
The subject of procurement is the maintenance of the computer and network infrastructure of the Customs Administration.
Maintenance of server equipment, network equipment, system and functional services and user equipment
Group 1 consists of corrective, preventive and adaptive maintenance, and Group 2 of preventive and corrective maintenance maintenance, all in accordance with the items in the Cost List and the description in the Technical Specification.
6.a. and 6.b. of this Documentation and according to the List of locations from Attachment no. 7. of these Documentation.
Corrective maintenance includes maintenance and troubleshooting of the Client's equipment (computers, laptops, tablets, printers, multifunction devices, servers, network and communication equipment, passive infrastructure, air conditioners in accordance with the specification by group maintenance) in accordance with the relevant regime, and according to the Technical Specification from Attachment no. 6.a. and 6.b. of this Documentation and according to the List of locations from the Annex to this Documentation.
Adaptive maintenance includes the service of implementing changes and upgrades on the Information System of the Customs Administration, services monitoring and control of the ICT system as well as professional consulting services with the aim of constantly improving and expanding the functionality of the Client's ICT system.
Period of use of the service: two (2) years from the date of signing the public procurement contract.
