- The subject of procurement is the System for electronic office operations and digital documentation management (hereinafter referred to as: the System) and accompanying services of analysis of the Client's related IT systems, implementation and integration services of the System, including the maintenance service of the System and the licenses necessary for use of the System. Procurement also includes the right to adapt the System to make changes in the Client's related IT systems.
The system consists of the following subsystems:
• Subsystem for electronic office operations (SEUP)
• Subsystem for digital documentation management (DMS)
•Subsystem for digital archiving
•Subsystem for optical text recognition of scanned documents (OCR)
• Reporting subsystem
•Subsystem for supervision and administration
The subject of the procurement is defined in detail in the Project Terms of Reference, Cost Estimates, Other Instructions to Bidders and the Contract Proposal, which are an integral part of this Documentation.
