- System and technical support of IT system maintenance The subject of this open public procurement procedure is the collection of bids for IT services, which include advisory services and daily operational management of the Ministry's IT infrastructure. judiciary, administration and digital transformation and judicial bodies for which the Ministry is responsible (hereinafter referred to as the Client). The operational management of the system includes the hire of technical staff of the bidder in full-time (40 hours per week), a includes two system engineers at the Client's location. Consulting services include consulting with the aim of designing, planning, dimensioning and making proposals for optimization solutions and the possibilities of technological improvement and improvement of the entire system and its parts. The offer should include the following services: • Operational management of the system; • Advisory services Advisory services and daily operational management of the IT infrastructure of the Ministry of Justice, administration and digital transformation and judicial bodies for which the Ministry is competent in accordance with the technical specification that is an integral part of the procurement documentation.
