The technical description of the procurement item is an integral part of the cost estimate, i.e. the cost estimate contains a technical description of the goods and is delivered to bidders as an integral part DShe. The client can negotiate about the technical description of the goods until the conclusion of the negotiations and can change the items of the bill of costs until the opening of the final bids. The client is obliged to notify all bidders in writing at the same time about all changes to the technical description or items of the cost estimate.
MonThe supplier is obliged, at the request of the ordering party in the process of review and evaluation of bids, to submit documents (e.g. technical documentation and/or brochure and/or catalog and/or extract from the manufacturer's or relevant third party's catalog) proving the compliance of the offered goods with the requirements regarding technical opifrom the items specified in the bill of costs. During delivery, it is necessary to mark the correct serial number of the item or the name from the cost list.
