• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the supply and installation of solar power plants at the Paljetkova 18 location, according to the main project of the sunny power plant Apis IT.
  The contracting authority recommends a tour of the location on which the procurement will be made to get acquainted with the existing state and to collect all information which are required to create a bid and take over the contractual obligation, as follows:
  • Announce your arrival at Tomislav.husta@apisa-et.hr
  • To bring signed and certified authority from which it is evident that in and for the name of which the economic entity is visited by the location.
  Visit to the location bidders have a possibility Each working day (Monday to Friday), with a prior announcement at least 24 hours before visiting.
  The cost of the tour is borne by the bidder.
  After the tour, a note that is signed by the bidder and a representative of the contracting authority is drawn up.
  By note the bidder and the client confirms that the bidder is introduced to the location and condition of the facility, to obtain a complete insight on the size and type of the necessary works.
  Understanding insights will not be a reason to exclude the offer, but thus the bidder assumes the risk of submitting an offer that does not contain all aspects in terms of all the costs viewed by which it consists offered price.
  During the tour of the building, insight into the project documentation can be obtained, and a copy of the same on the signature of the statement of data confidentiality.
