  Subject procurement is the supervision of works on the reconstruction of the existing and construction of the second track on the sections Dugo Selo - Kutina and Lipovljani - Novska, the construction of the new two-track section Kutina - Lipovljani, and includes the supervision of works on all railway infrastructure subsystems: construction, power, traffic control, and signaling and security. Therefore, the supervisory team should consist of qualified and experienced key experts as well as all experts of other profiles and knowledge required for the successful financial and technical implementation of the project and professional supervision of all contracted works. until their completion and obtaining of use permits.
