- The subject of the open public procurement procedure is the assignment of workers by a temporary employment agency for the positions listed in the Employer's Job Catalog, the range of professional qualifications SSS/VÅ S/VSS, in accordance with the Procurement Documentation, APPENDIX 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT, in the quantities stated in APPENDIX 2. BUDGET, and the Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23).
The Employer will not apply the provisions of the applicable Labor Ordinance to the seconded workers, except for the provisions regulated by the Labor Law.
A detailed description of the subject of procurement can be found in the chapter "Description of the subject of procurement", which is attachment of this Procurement Documentation - ATTACHMENT 1. and quantities shown in the Cost Sheet - ATTACHMENT 2.
