• Considering the increase in cyber threats and the need to protect all digital assets through proactive security monitoring and timely response to security incidents, cyber threats and risks, this project aims to establish an external security operations center with the aim of protecting critical information and assets, effectively managing critical security incidents and mitigating risks, monitoring and warning of incidents, and thus increasing security against advanced threats and risks. This project must ensure continuous monitoring, detection and response to threats through the service of an external security operation center, covering the visibility and detection of vulnerabilities and threats of all key parts of the IT system such as are servers, end computers, activities of user access to internal services and Internet access. An external security operations center service must provide threat data collection and analysis, event monitoring and security response incidents in the 24x7 work model, triage, incident categorization, vulnerability identification, reporting matrix through defined incident response processes.
