- The subject of procurement is the development of study and project documentation for the creation of an effective and comprehensive system for the provision of water services, especially the water drainage and wastewater treatment services. The selected bidder should therefore propose between alternative technical solutions to the choice of the one Solutions that will be most cost-effective in the economic life of the building and which is reasonable to expect to be accepted for co-financing the funds of the cohesion fund.
Want to achieve harmonization with a multi-annual program of construction of communal water buildings, and thus achieving appropriate environmental protection. The perennial construction program is regularly updated with respect to the previous planning period.
The result of all activities provided for with the project task, as an integral part of the procurement documentation, the following documents were made:
• Study of feasibility with cost analysis and uses the project,
• Environmental protection study with the procedure of an assessment of the need to evaluate the impact of environmental interventions
• The conceptual project for the construction of a water supply system,
• The conceptual design of the construction of the wastewater drainage system,
• Main project for the construction of a water supply system
• Main construction project wastewater drainage systems.
• Procurement documentation for works, services and goods.
The contracting authority attachs a project task in which the overall procurement subject is described.
