- Services of printing and delivery of Ekspres lottery tickets The subject of procurement is the printing and delivery of Ekspres lottery tickets. The complete description of the service is found in the Technical Specifications in II. part of this Procurement Documentation, and refers to the technical description of printing i delivery of Ekspres lottery tickets, starting with the creation of an individual game (fund and distribution of winnings, graphic design), preparation and printing, final finishing, packaging, delivery of test samples with encrypted files with data about the test game and marketing samples and production logs with encrypted files with data about the game, control of technical correctness, and the period of sale and conclusion of the sale. The bill of costs is filled out and submitted in the appropriate format, for example .xls or .xlsx format. It's not modification of the cost list is allowed, but only filling in the fields provided for data entry is allowed. The approximate planned quantities and formats of individual Express Lottery series are defined by the Technical Specifications.
