- Service of removal and disposal and/or recovery of improperly disposed waste in Gospić (1st phase) The subject of the procurement is the removal of improperly disposed bulk waste at the site (an embankment of stored "plastic waste") and its disposal (final disposal procedures) and/or recovery (final recovery procedures) in accordance with the Waste Management Act ("Official Gazette" No. 84/21, 142/23) and by-laws, which includes loading, transportation and disposal and/or recovery of waste. Offered item procurement must enable loading into vehicles (closed for waste disposal), weighing at the nearest location, transport to the waste management location, and disposal and/or recovery in the total estimated amount of 3,500.00 tons, in an exemplary and adequate manner, and in accordance with the Law on Waste Management, conditions and requirements from the Procurement Documentation and the planned deadlines The subject of the procurement is the removal of improperly disposed bulk waste at the site (an embankment of stored "plastic waste") and its disposal (final disposal procedures) and/or recovery (final recovery procedures) in accordance with the Waste Management Act ("Official Gazette" no. 84/21, 142/23) and secondary regulations, which includes loading, transport and disposal and/or recovery waste.
