• The subject of procurement is the service of integrated management of client and printing infrastructure in accordance with the technical and functional requirements that are described in detail in the documentation.
  The subject of procurement includes the following:
  •Preparatory service
  • The service of outsourcing client and printing equipment to the location The client
  • Printing service
  • Help Desk service
  • Final service.
  The aforementioned services are described in detail in the Technical and functional requirements section, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation.
  The contracting of this item of procurement includes the continuation of the above-mentioned way of taking care of the client and printing infrastructure, which has been confirmed to include efficient planning of the quantities of client and printing equipment while avoiding financially intensive one-time investments in the capital costs of purchasing equipment with a relatively short amortization period, efficient planning and delivery of consumables, efficient ordering and shorter delivery deadlines for client and printing infrastructure and consumables, continuous monitoring of quality and up-to-date records of workplaces and associated ICT client and printing equipment, efficient work of IT customer support in accordance with the best global practices.
  By executing the above service to users of computer and printing equipment is provided with a level of service that is reliable and in line with business needs.
