• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the assignment of auxiliary workers through the Temporary Employment Agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 46/23, 64/23), conditions and requirements from this Procurement Documentation and the Cost List from the Annex.
  The performance of services subject to procurement should be in accordance with legal and by-law regulations and rules of the profession.
  Employment mediation is carried out for the purpose of temporarily performing tasks from the Client's activities, which by their nature, work organization and professional standards and rules fall within the scope of jobs and tasks The client.
  For the needs of the Client, it is necessary to assign 30 auxiliary workers through a temporary employment agency for a period of 24 months.
  If it is about foreign workers, the selected tenderer is obliged to carry out the procedure of nostrification of the documentation owned by the worker and/or ensure that the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia issue appropriate documentation.
  Within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Bidder/Service Provider is obliged to submit to the Client a candidate proposal with proof of undertaking the legally necessary activities for obtaining a work permit and other conditions for start of work in the Republic of Croatia.
  The chosen Bidder is responsible for the damage caused to the Client by the seconded worker at work or in connection with the work, according to general regulations compulsory law.
