• The subject of this public procurement is the selection of an operator who will manage the plant for sorting separately collected municipal waste and recyclable waste from public areas, including recycling yards, in the area of ​​the City of Biograd na Moru and other LGUs covered by the Agreement on Association in the Implementation of the Project (Pakoštane Municipality, Sveti Filip i Jakov Municipality, Polača Municipality, Pašman Municipality and Tkon Municipality) Selection of an operator for the management of the Separately Collected Waste Sorting Facility of the City of Biograd na The sea The subject of this public procurement is the selection of an operator who will manage the plant for sorting separately collected municipal waste and recyclable waste from public areas, including recycling yards, in the area of the City of Biograd na Moru and other LGUs covered by the Agreement on association in the implementation of the Project (Pakoštane Municipality, Sveti Filip i Jakov Municipality, Polača Municipality, Pašman Municipality and Tkon Municipality). The estimated value of the procurement for a period of 5 years, in order to achieve the target value of the set aside quantities prepared for recycling (that is, at the exit from the Sorting Plant) in the amount of a minimum of 1,592 t/year, amounting to EUR 500,000.00 (without VAT). This amount represents compensation to cover the difference between costs and income, which will be provided by the Client, namely in maximum annual amount up to EUR 100,000.00.
