• Description:
• Replacement of monitoring and control devices and relay protection of the 220kV plant in TS 220/110kV Senj The subject of the procurement is the replacement of part of the secondary equipment of the 220kV monitoring system, control of the plant in TS HE Senj 220/110/35kV. Within the scope of procurement are works i services on the relevant equipment as well as installation of the same in TS HE Senj, and neighboring facilities TS Brinje and TS Melina on the associated 220kV water fields. The subject of this purchase is: • modernization of the monitoring, control and protection system of the 220kV plant of TS HPP Senj respecting Principles of HOPS-HEP demarcation Production, • control relays (REC 561) and protection relays (REL 561, RET 521), and alarm units (SACO) based on LON communication to be replaced with modern relays of the REx 670 series generation and IEC 61850 communication (according to equipment specifications) • replace the existing TS-8 cabinets with VX-25 cabinets in accordance with the equipment specification and project documentation (NUZM, RUP, etc.) for all 220kV water and transformer fields, as well as block transformer fields. • existing measuring devices move the WAMSTER PMU synchrophasor to new cabinets according to the project, • works on the finishing of the cellular computer cabinet +X01 and the installation of network equipment, • creation and installation of the cabinet of the process LAN network +X2 in accordance with the equipment specification and project documentation • works in the neighboring buildings TS Melina polje =D11-Senj and TS Brinje polje =D2-Senj on the finishing of the existing cabinets of secondary equipment and the installation of protection relays, all in accordance with the cost list and technical specifications...
