- Rental service for the use of Microsoft software products for public universities and public scientific institutes RENTAL SERVICE OF USING MICROSOFT SOFTWARE PRODUCTS FOR PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES AND PUBLIC SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTE Microsoft license rental service of software products based on appropriate models of volume licensing by concluding a framework agreement with one economic entity for a period of three years, for public universities and public scientific institutes in the Republic of Croatia. License rental Microsoft software for needs should be realized according to the three-year volume licensing model from the Enrollment for Education program. In this public procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one business entity for a period of three year. Reasoning: The client intends to conclude a framework agreement with one business entity for three years for the following reasons: - end-user institutions use Windows operating system to the most significant extent for the purposes of performing their own activities system and other appropriate Microsoft software, in accordance with the specification, which is the most represented software of the largest global software manufacturer - Microsoft, - in order to carry out the daily operations of the activities of the ultimate institutions user, as well as the management of administrative data through information services related to the system of higher education and science in the future were carried out smoothly and successfully, the Client accesses the procurement of services...
