Description:
The subject of procurement is the provision of maintenance services for existing SAP licenses in accordance with the data from the cost list and technical specifications of the subject of procurement from Annex 1 - Technical specifications_DIR-2025-159.
The subject of procurement includes:
• maintenance of SAP licenses of the ERP system of the limited liability company Croatian Forests (hereinafter: HŠ d.o.o.) i
•consulting services of regular and adaptive maintenance for the SAP system of Croatian forests (according to the specification of the procurement item)
Adaptive maintenance refers to enhanced support and system upgrade services that will be defined by the Client during the specified period.
Subject services will be provided by experts who have relevant experience in providing the relevant services, i.e. as stated in the conditions of technical and professional ability of this DoN.
