- The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of the complex "Didolića dvori" in the municipality of Selca on the island of Brač.
The complex was built by the prominent peasant family Didolić in the second half. 19th century and was a cultural and political center of life during the National Revival in Dalmatia. In front of the main building stretches a spacious garden with commercial buildings. A monumental two-story stone building with an L-shaped floor plan is built with regular blocks. The house was destroyed in 1943 when it was set on fire by the occupying Italian army. Because of due to its architectural values and the complexity of its spatial organization, the complex was included in the register of immovable cultural assets of the Republic of Croatia under the code Z-5584, classified as a cultural-historical entity.
Parts of the building of Didolić dvor in the cadastral municipality of Selca (Regional cadastre office Split, Ispostava Supetar) have the designations *82/2, *82/3, *82/11, *82/12 and *82/13. The building blocks of the houses distributed along the perimeter of Didolić dvor in the cadastral municipality of Selca are marked: *82/6 (northern ground floor), *82/5 (northern garage), *82/4 (floor between the garage and Didolić dvor *82/9, *82/10, *407/1 and*416 (eastern complex of single-story buildings), *112 (southern single-story building). Plots of land in the yard of Didolić dvor in the cadastral municipality of Selca have the following markings: 351/2, 351/7, *79/7, *79/11, *79/12, *82/1, *82/7, *82/8.
