- Procurement and installation of hardware infrastructure for Coopans Topskyatc One for the Main and Contigency ATM system, test platforms and the Artas system (5 groups), in accordance with the technical specification and cost -ups from the supplementation of this procurement documentation.
In order to ensure air traffic safety, Croatian control Air navigation is obliged to respect the recommendations of the manufacturer of individual systems on the hardware that can be used on the Topsky system. For this purpose, the bidder of the hardware in question is obliged to submit all servers and workstations with the label of the manufacturer of Topsky Coopans System (Thales France S.a.s.), which confirms that the hardware offered can be installed in Topsky Coopans Air Traffic Management System.
In case the bidder for any of the costs of cost/technical specifications offers equivalent product, for equipment in groups 1 (except HPE equipment), 2, 4 and 5, as proof that it is Equipment approved for use in the Topsky Coopans system, the tenderer is obliged to submit to the offer a signed and certified statement (which is an attachment to the competition documentation) confirming that the manufacturer of Thales Las France S.A.S. for the items offered to the installation approval in the Topsky Coopans system.
