• The subject of procurement are vehicles through financial leasing without participation, according to the procurement groups from the Procurement Documentation, and all in accordance with the detailed description, scope, types of vehicles and quantities determined in the Description and Scope of the Procurement Subject, Technical Specifications of the Vehicle, Cost estimates and this Procurement Documentation. Delivered vehicles must be new and unused, and meet all standards according to positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia. The selected tenderer is obliged to deliver and execute the procurement item in an orderly manner, conscientiously and responsibly, with the attention of a good expert, according to the highest professional standards and recognized rules of the profession, and in accordance with legal and by-laws that regulate the activity included in this procurement procedure.
