• Juices and iced teas - assortment A Juices - assortment B Juices - assortment C Mineral water - assortment A Mineral water - assortment B Mineral water - assortment C Mineral water - assortment D Mineral waters and refreshing carbonated drinks Buying non-alcoholic beverages beverages for catering and trade, all according to the specification from the cost list, for each group, which are an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. Purchase of juices and iced teas - assortment A, all according to the specifications from the cost list, which is an integral part of the Documentation about procurement. The offered goods must comply with all valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU in terms of quality and health, and meet the required provisions - conditions from the Procurement Documentation. The goods that are the subject of this procurement must be delivered in the prescribed i adequate dedicated packaging (transport and individual), packed in closed packaging with a prominent product declaration. The shelf life of the delivered goods, which are the subject of procurement, at the time of delivery/delivery must not be about to expire, i.e if the deadline is less than 2/3 of the expected total duration, such goods will be returned to the bidder, who is obliged to replace them with goods of a longer duration.
