• Description:
• Purchase of fresh meat for catering and trade according to the specification from the Cost Book for each group. The offered goods must comply with all valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU in terms of quality and health and meet the required provisions - conditions from Procurement documentation. Delivered fresh meat must not be subjected to any preservation process other than cooling. The same must be delivered within 48 hours of slaughter, since it is a high-risk food. Food temperature each time delivery of goods must correspond to the permitted temperature for a specific type on the product declaration. Delivered carcasses and halves must be properly marked, all in accordance with the current Rulebook on the classification and marking of beef, pork and sheep carcasses and labeling of meat originating from cattle less than 12 months old. The label must be resistant to damage, easily legible without the possibility of changing the data on it. The selected Bidder is obliged to submit proof of health four times a year food safety, which includes evidence that the food is healthy according to the following laws: the Food Act (OG 18/23), the Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food Act (OG 83/2022), the Contaminants Act (39/13, 114/18) and other relevant laws for a certain type of food.
