Description:
Electricity supply with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with a single economic subject for a period of 4 (four) years. The specified decision prescribedare groups of procurement items for which green public procurement must be carried out as well as the obliged to implement it. Although the contracting authority is not one of the taxpayers of the Green Public Procurement implementation, the same conducts specific public procurement with the appropriate application of the principle of green public procurement and the procurement documentation documentationAsks that at least 50% of the total electricity provided by the selected bidder must be manufactured from renewable energy sources (the so -called "Green Energy").and 100/22), complying in all the Law on Electricity Market (OG 111/21, 83/23 and 17/25) and other regulations that regulate the electricity market.
Accounting period for electricity supply is 30 (+/- 3) days.
