Description:
The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity, specified and determined by the type and intended (frame) quantity in the cost and attachment I - measuring sites, tariff models and the calculation elements, which is in the attachment.
Network and electricity supply (OG 85/15 and 49/20, 104/20, 80/21 and possible changes) by compliance with the Electricity Law (OG 111/21) and other regulations governing this market.
Distribution system operator measuring devices on the accounting measuring sites of the client, in accordance with the general conditions for the use of the network and the electricity and network rules of the distribution system (NN 74/2018 and 52/2020 and possible changes).
For the sake of calculating electricity supply is:
production from renewable energy sources (Father) in accordance with the decision on renewable energy compensation and high-acting cogeneration (OG 87/17 and 57/20) and excise duties for business use of electricity in accordance with the excise duty law (OG 106/2018) that are regulated by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and other possible fees, taxes or accessories in accordance with the applicable regulations, which he is obliged supplier...
